~ Event Design ~
This is a complete service for the person who knows exactly what she wants, but hasn’t the time,
confidence or desire to do all the planning, or the person who isn’t at all sure what she wants and
would like me to create a complete experience.
I design the look, feel and style of your wedding and reception including flowers, music, colors,
décor, cuisine, layout, lighting and more. I also oversee all contracts, payments, and help with negotiations
and other billing matters. I also pass on many discounts to you from local vendors.
Event Design also includes all Event Coordination services listed below.
~ Event Coordination ~
A detailed approach that includes coordination of all vendors, caterers, entertainment, photographers,
videographers, florists, bakers, decorators, site contacts (church, etc.), rental companies, officiants and
anyone else involved in creating your dream day.
This level of service includes as many meetings as needed to ensure complete confidence.
At the final meeting, two weeks before your wedding, we will determine a schedule of events and
arrange any finishing touches.
At the rehearsal, I will organize the ceremony and distribute the itinerary to the wedding party and explain details.
On the wedding day I will take care of all details, any challenges that arise,
oversee the reception and make sure that all vendors carry out their responsibilities on time and in good order.
~ Consulting ~
If you have the time to do all the planning, but need a little guidance, this is the way to go.
We can meet in my office in San Luis Obispo or by phone or internet.
I can refer wedding professionals to you, help you avoid common mistakes, and generally keep you on track.
